Modern minimalism design for an apartment in the Manhattan Tower TLV.
Monochromatic colors were used through out all areas of the house.
This total renovation of the apartment with it's complete new architectural division meant restructuring and changing original designated kitchen and bathroom place.
The goal was to create an enlarged space by creating a higher ceiling with a long high kitchen cabinet design.
This long high cabin Kitchen Design with its long black marble Island creates a most luxurious spacious place.
ZS RESIDENTIAL
Private residence (built 550 sqm) on a 1,500 sqm plot.
This modern minimalistic luxury home is designed for a couple with 3 kids.
The house was designed with light warm colors with lots of waterfalls and plantation around it to give the owners a feel of a luxury resort.
The house consists also a private night club.

Renovation of a 16 year old Ranch House Central Israel.
The Ranch House is situated on a 30,000 sqm plot with two major buildings with joint access to the recreation areas and farm.
YH PROJECT
Total renovation of a private residential family home in central Israel.
The house is a 3 story home with a total area of 300 sqm on a 500 sqm plot.
The house was designed for a couple with 3 small kids.
All bedrooms were designed as suites and are on the upper floor.
The ground floor consists of a large living room, dinning room, wine room and huge kitchen. The basement floor is a recreation center for all the family with cinema room and pool table. This house was designed in a modern classic style with a very clear color palette of black and white with different shades of brass metal.
EE PROJECT
Total Renovation of semi detached villa (210 sqm) on a 375 sqm plot with pool, in Raanna.
The house has the master bedroom on the ground floor and 3 suites on the first floor. this is a 2 story house.
This modern minimalistic house has a living room with high ceiling and a unique designed 2 story banister mashrabia from wood . This mashrabia from wood with its design can be seen in a different variation, in the 3d cnc carved wall in the master bedroom. The office can be seen from the kitchen and living room through separating glass walls making it close and convenient.
Iron metal cladding covers the t.v / fireplace wall giving a more industrial look to the house.
KP PROJECT
A new construction of a modern style country ranch house ,central Israel. This one story, 300 sqm ranch house has a pool and stables on a 2500 sqm plot. The main house consists of 3 children suites, master bedroom , living room, dinning room and kitchen. The aim was to give the traditional country farm house a more modern twist. The high roof beam ceiling was kept in the traditional way but all rooms and carpentry,
were given a different more industrial interpretation. All carpentry in this house are custom made and designed with unique details, from the metal kitchen to the old distressed wood slabs constructing the doors and cabinets. Wood mashrabyia decorate the entrance to guest bathroom and wall cabinets in the living room.
MS PROJECT
Private residence (450 sqm) on 2000 sqm plot in Kfar Shmaryahu.
This 2 story house has a ground floor and basement.
The ground floor has a large kitchen, dinning room, master bedroom, guest bathroom and office.
The basement as 4 suites laundry room and home cinema hall.
The architecture of the house is a minimalistic modern design with an emphasis to have
as much view as possible to the huge garden outside. The idea was to have a big enough angle from all areas of the house to the garden.
SL PROJECT
Residential Private Home close to Sea,
with pool (270 sqm).
Client with monocromatic color request for the interior design.
The studio chose to work with perpendicular linear configurations of concrete wall panel coverings,
with unique staircase banister design with led illumination. A unique island design was created by using metal stainless steel partition and also an amazing fireplace was created by using a shiny stainless steel frame.
JO PROJECT
Luxury Interior Design for Living Room, Dinning Room and Kitchen area.
Our color pallet for this house is found in every room within the house. For this project we decided to use a very pale bleached oak with black marquina marble and brass metal.
A creative metal brass work for the decorative wall behind the sofa in the living room, is also part of the stair banister of the house.

A new construction of showroom in Kiryat Gat for Ceramics and all sanitary goods.
The concept design was to have a designated area for designers and architects with there clients and to have as much exposure
of the products to the clients by designing the showcases.
OS HOUSE
New construction of private villa in Herzeliya Pituach.
This modern eclectic style house has a combination of totally modern architecture with
a mixture of modern and antique pieces of furniture with a european touch.
The house is a 450 sqm built home on a 500 sqm plot with 4 floors, elevator and pool.
The very high ceiling in the living room with its concrete wall are in contrast to the furniture, decorating the house. A distinctive palette of colors and materials are seen in each area of the house.
A very unique staircase held only from two points with no wall support at all, is a feature in this house.
BS HOUSE
New construction of private villa in Herzeliya Pituach. This four story house is a 450 sqm home on a 500 sqm plot/
The house was designed in a modern minimalistic style.
The house has one major concept design which is a certain pattern that repeats itself in different areas of the house.
This pattern can be seen on the wall cladding of the tv and fireplace wall.
Here we made an an architectural division of granite porcelain tiles on the wall, in this certain sequence. This pattern can be seen in the marble cut cladding in the guest bathroom or the unique sand blasted glass separation in the master bedroom between the sleeping area and the bathroom and wardrobe.
MIDON
200 sqm penthouse with private pool in the terrace.
This modern style penthouse with its warm colors of wood make this penthouse a small oasis.
The marble fireplace, the pool and beautiful terrace gardening hold within them the 3 elements (water, fire, earth), making this oasis a private sanctuary.
H HOUSE
Total renovation as new of a 550 sqm private villa on a 870 sqm plot in Hertzeliya Pituach. This house was designed for a couple with 2 kids. The house has 4 floors, 7 bedrooms, main kitchen, secondary kitchen with laundry room, office, cinema room and pool.
The house was designed with a unique corten mashrabia playing as a designed jewel in the house. This concept design is the decor over the glass elevator going up through the floors
and is the recessed lamp in the living room ceiling. This rust color metal can be seen in all areas of the house: in the library on the second floor, in the unique color of the wood used in the high cabinets of the kitchen.
OD HOUSE
Interior Design for a 4 story, 280 sqm semi detached home in Rishon Le Zion.
This family home was designed for a couple with 4 children.
This house was designed in a modern minimalistic style with main attention to the central t.v and fireplace wall made out of cut unique marble.
The wooden 3d cladding used through out the ground floor together with the minimalistic black kitchen give this house a sophisticated modern luxury look.
VIVA
New duplex penthouse construction in Tel Aviv. This 2 story apartment was designed in a modern minimalistic style.
The lower floor of this duplex are the bedroom suites, while the upper floor is the living room, kitchen and large terrace.
The goal of the studio was to make this 120 sqm flat and 40 sqm terrace look as big and be practical as possible.
The initial place of the stairs and kitchen were changed to create a more functional space and feel for the owners.
Even an extra guest bathroom was added to make the entertaining area of the house a more practical one.
A beautiful master bedroom was formed by enlarging the view to the master bath with glass separating walls.
OM HOUSE
Private Residence villa (400 sqm) on a 1500 sqm plot in an arabic village in northern Israel. This beautiful villa with large garden and pool has an authentic arabian design to it’s exterior, with an impressive arched window to the front.
It was important for the studio to preserve this style in the interior of the house, but to give it a modern interpretation.
We decided to keep the old features of islamic design and used the arches and gold brass in a modern way.
A beautiful modern black and brass kitchen was designed for the house with modern metal darkened brass banister for the stairs.
Brass stripes of metal were used to cover the huge high arched ceiling of the living room and today’s luxury modern furniture.
