New Penthouse with amazing panorama to the sea with two large terraces. The main terrace, that can be seen clearly from the dinning room, kitchen and living room, has a glass infinity pool to the sea with wood decks and outdoor kitchen.

The secondary terrace can be accessed only from master bedroom and has its own private jacuzzi and small garden.

The house is divided to two areas which are separated with a hidden door through the kitchen. A long corridor connects between the public areas and the private quarters.

This is a concept House with a unique design that repeats itself in various ways through out the house.This concept consists of broken metal thin bars/sticks like a metal mashrabya. This design decorates the mirrored cabinets near the dinning room

and over the bed head board in the master bedroom. Variations of the concept appear in the the white wooden cladding in the hallway, the carpentry in the children’s bedrooms and the hanging lights in the guest bathroom.

The master bedroom’s design includes see through bathroom. In order to control transparency smart films were installed so by touch we can decide the transparency of the glass.
