BS HOUSE -

New construction of private villa in Herzeliya Pituach.

This four story house is a 450 sqm home on a 500 sqm plot/

The house was designed in a modern minimalistic style.

The basement floor is mainly a cinema entertainment center with guest rooms.

The ground floor is the kitchen, dinning and living room area.

The first floor are the children suites and 

the top floor, is only the master bedroom.

The house has one major concept design which is a certain pattern that repeats itself in different areas of the house.

This pattern can be seen on the wall cladding of the tv and fireplace wall.

Here we made an an architectural division of granite porcelain tiles on the wall, in this certain sequence.

This pattern can be seen in the marble cut cladding in the guest bathroom or the unique sand blasted glass separation 

in the master bedroom between the sleeping area and the bathroom and wardrobe.
